It is not an AI model, an answer engine or an automated decision-maker. The starting point is the decision itself: what must be decided, why it matters, what evidence is relevant, who has authority and who ultimately owns the outcome.

Structured Intelligence
AI can generate output.
Intelligence requires structure.
An AI response is not automatically reliable intelligence. Intelligence emerges when information is placed inside a disciplined process of context, evidence, analysis, judgment and accountability.
DCRADO separates the ability of artificial intelligence to generate possibilities from the responsibility to determine what those possibilities mean, whether they are supported by evidence and whether they should influence a consequential decision.
